Description
This IPAF training course instructs an operator how to manoeuvre and position Push Around Vertical access machines (PAVs) safely and proficiently.
- Operators who are already trained in categories 1a and/or 3a will also be able to use a PAV after being familarised by a qualified person with the specific machine.
Course options
- Duration: 1 Day 8am until 4pm written theory and practical session
- Duration: 1/2 day for the practical session only. The theory must be completed online prior to attending which takes 4 hours in total.
This programme provides delegates with the essential knowledge to operate Push Around Verticals safely
- On successful completion, delegates that do already hold an IPAF ePal or PAL card will have their logbook endorsed with this qualification.
Delegates that do not hold an IPAF ePal or PAL card will receive an ePAL (electronic Powered Access Licence) giving instant recognition of identity and the categories accredited. This is valid for 5 years after which the delegate would need to be re-assessed.

- The course trainer will allocate refreshment breaks and complimentary tea and coffee is provided for all attendees. Please bring your own lunch or ask for our recommendations of local establishments.
